Heat a pan.Add oil to it.Then add onions saute them to get transparent ( low flame preferred, saute now and then )To the cooked onions add Ginger garlic paste and Tomatoes.
Add A Pinch Of Salt And Saute Them To Cook Well. Once They Look Cooked ( Oil Will Separate) Add Chopped Coriander And Pudhina. Saute Them.
ow Add Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder , Dhaniya Powder ,Garam Masala And Salt. To This Add 1cup Water.
Mix Them, Once Ty Boil Reduce Flame And Wait For It Reduce To Half The Volume.
Then Add Half Cooked Cauliflower. Mix Well And Let Oil Separate. Now Add Cooked Rice , Pepper Powder And Salt For Rice.
Veggies Raita: Bring The Above Ingredients under Veggies Raita Into A Common Bowl.
Mix Them Well To Make Them Look Evenly Mixed.
To This Add Curd , Salt And Milk. Mix Well And Serve .
